Staff Kiosk

Overview

Staff Kiosk is a portal product designed for teachers and employees to complete essential daily tasks. It offers various functionalities, including accessing student profiles, adding pastoral care entries, creating calendar events, communicating with staff and students, assigning homework, managing extra curricular activities, marking attendance rolls, and much more!

The modules and information displayed to a user in this portal product are based on a combination of Portal Security Permissions assigned to the user, Staff Kiosk Setup options, and other settings related to the program area in which the user is working.

Staff Kiosk Portal Security Permissions for each individual user or user group can be set up in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions.

Staff Kiosk Setup options can be modified in TASS.web Student Admin > Teacher Records > Setup Information > Staff Kiosk Setup.
