Resources/Venues (Setup)
Overview
This program allows you to:
Create new calendar resources/venues (use the 'New' button)
Edit existing calendar resources/venues.
Delete existing calendar resources/venues.
Resources cannot be modified or deleted if used in an event.
Examples of resources could be 'Chapel', 'Assembly Hall', 'Rooms' or 'Sporting Facilities'. These could be on or off-campus.
Resources/venues can be used to filter the events that are displayed in various Staff Kiosk calendar programs.
When you access the program, the screen will display a list of the existing Resources/Venues.
To sort by a column click on the column heading. To sort by multiple columns hold down the 'Shift' key and click the second and subsequent columns.
Setup is also available in TASS.web program Student Admin > Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup > 'Rooms' tab, with additional functionality.
