Resources/Venues (Setup)

Overview

The Staff Kiosk Calendar > Resources/Venues (Setup) program allows you to:

  • Create new calendar resources/venues (use the 'New' button)

  • Edit existing calendar resources/venues. 

  • Delete existing calendar resources/venues. 

Resources cannot be modified or deleted if used in an event.

Examples of resources could be 'Chapel', 'Assembly Hall', 'Rooms' or 'Sporting Facilities'. These could be on or off-campus.

Resources/venues can be used to filter the events that are displayed in various Staff Kiosk calendar programs.

When you access the program, the screen will display a list of the existing Resources/Venues.

To sort by a column click on the column heading. To sort by multiple columns hold down the 'Shift' key and click the second and subsequent columns.

Resources/Venue setup can also be done in TASS.web Student Admin > Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup on the 'Rooms' tab, with additional functionality.
