Listings
Overview
The Staff Kiosk ‘Listing’ provides flexible reporting and communication tools that let teachers and administrators analyse student performance and wellbeing, target specific cohorts, and streamline follow-up.
This menu can be accessed by navigating to the Staff Kiosk Toolbar, and selecting ‘Listings’.
About the Listings Menu
Academic listings such as Academic Comparative Results – Student, Academic Results – Student Profile, Academic Results Analysis – Student, Academic Results / Comments and Assessment Activity Results provide detailed views of students’ results across single or multiple reporting periods, support GPA and ranking analysis, and produce parent-ready reports.
Operational and pastoral tools including Student Absences (Lists/Emails), Student Check In / Out List, Student Medical (Lists/Emails), Student Notes (Lists/Emails), Student Details (Lists/Emails), Class List/Emails and Teacher Details List allow users to search with rich criteria, surface key attendance, medical, notes, contact and class/staff information, and then generate PDFs, Excel®/Word® exports or bulk communications.
Extra-curricular tools such as Extra Curricular List – Student let staff report on activity participation, export data into custom Excel® templates, and communicate with students and parents involved in specific programs.
Across these programs, commonly used configurations can be saved to My Saved Lists (and, where applicable, scheduled) to automate recurring reports and communications.
