Calendar/Notices (Report)

Overview

This program allows you to print a detailed report displaying the school's calendar events and/or daily notices for a single day or a nominated date range.

Report Selection Criteria

Use this section of the screen to filter the events and/or notices to print on your report.

Reporting Options

Use this section of the screen to indicate whether you want to print calendar events, daily notices or both on your report.

Printing Options

Use this section of the screen to include additional information on your report.

Formatting Options

Use this section of the screen allows you to choose the destination of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

Select from a range of additional formatting options including: 'New Page for Each Day', 'Show Table Borders', and 'Table Row Striping'.

Select the 'GO' button to generate your report.
