Requests

Your school may have set up one or more Request programs that may be available as options under the 'Payroll/HR' top menu.

Examples of Request programs could be:

  • Change of address notification.

  • Change of bank account details.

  • Leave requests.

Follow the onscreen instruction and click the 'Submit Request' button to send this Request to your Pay Officer or HR Officer.

If a Request program is available to you and a ‘red alert’ symbol displays instead of the 'Submit Request' button, it is because your school email address has not been setup.

Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR Requests are setup in TASS.web program Payroll/HRM > Employee/HR > Setup Information > Employee/HR Setup on the 'TK Requests' tab.

Permissions for teachers/employees to access individual Requests are setup in TASS.web program System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions.

The 'Submit Request' button will be disabled:

  • For teachers, if a 'School Email' address is not set up on their teacher record.
  • For non-teachers, if a 'School Email' address is not set up on their employee record.
