Requests
Overview
The ‘Requests’ programs can be customised by your school. Your school may have set up one or more Request programs that may be available as options under the 'Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR' top menu.
Examples of Request programs could be:
Dietary information for catering.
Change of Address Notification.
Change of Bank Account Details.
Leave Requests.
Follow the onscreen instructions and click the ‘Submit Request' button to send this request to your school’s Payroll Officer or HR Officer via email.
A confirmation message appears when your request has been submitted and emailed. You will also receive a copy via email for your records.
If a Request program is available to you and a ‘red alert’ symbol displays instead of the ‘Submit Request' button, it is because your school email address has not been set up. Contact your School’s TASS.web Administrator.
Staff Kiosk offers other options for managing staff-related changes. Your school determines the area for submitting these changes
Change of address can also be managed through the ‘Update’ button in Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > My Details > Address Details.
Change of bank account details can also be managed via the ‘Update’ button in Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > Bank Account Details.
You can submit other information from Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > UD Areas.
You can submit leave requests from Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > Leave / Other Applications.
