Teacher Details List

Overview

This program allows you to produce a listing of all teachers as defined in TASS.web program Student Admin > Teacher Records > Teacher Information > Teachers.

Selection Criteria

Fields that require further explanation

PC/Tutor Group

Select a PC/Tutor Group from the picklist.

The PC/Tutor Groups listed here are maintained in TASS.web program Student Admin > Teacher Records > Teacher Information > Teachers.

Subject

Select a Subject from the picklist.

The Subjects listed here are maintained in TASS.web program Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup on the 'Subjects' tab.

Year Group

Select a Year Group from the picklist.

The Year Groups listed here maintained in TASS.web program Student Admin > Parent Records > Setup Information > Parent Records Setup on the 'School' tab in the 'Minimum and Maximum Year Group' fields.

Department

Select a department from the picklist.

The Departments listed here are maintained in TASS.web program Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup on the 'Subject Depts' tab.

Department Relevance

If you use 'Department' as a filter you can then use the 'Department Relevance' field to include:

  • Belong to and Teach in this Department: Teachers must have the department (nominated in the 'Department' field above) on their master record and also be timetabled for subjects belonging to this department.

  • Teach in this Dept. But belong to another: Teachers must have a different department (to the one nominated in the 'Department' field above) on their master record but be timetabled for subjects belonging to this department.

  • Belong to the Dept. Even if not teaching in it: Teachers must have the department (nominated in the 'Department' field above) on their master record regardless of whether they are timetabled for subjects belonging to this department or not.

Surname

Sort by surname (default).

Teacher Info

Additional Fields allow you to include extra information against the teachers on the report. When a field is selected in this list, it will be included.

Additional Fields allow you to include extra information against the teachers on the report. When a field is selected in this list, it will be included.

Formatting Options

The Formatting Options section of this screen allows you to choose the destination of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

Fields that require further explanation

Show Table Borders.

The 'Table Borders' option can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.

Alternate Row Colours.

The 'Alternate Row Colours' option can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.

Group By Department.

Tick this option to group the report by department.

Include Photos.

Tick this option to include the teacher's photo in the report.

Select the 'GO' button to generate the report.
