TASS.web is a comprehensive school management software system designed to streamline administrative tasks and improve communication within educational institutions. It is the central source of truth for data, offering extensive functionality across Finance, Student Admin, Payroll and Human Resources, System Admin, and Community.
The data entered and settings configured in TASS.web support functionality across other Portal Products in the TASS Software Suite.
About Portal Products
TASS portal products are a suite of web-based applications that provide various functionalities for educational institutions. The major portals include Staff Kiosk (previously known as Teacher Kiosk), Parent Lounge, and Student Café. Schools may also utilise secondary portals, including the Sports Fixtures & Results Portal, the Business Directory, the Public Calendar, the Commercial Debtors Online Payments Portal, the Attendance Self Registration Portal, the Appointment Self Registration Portal, and the Illness Self Registration Portal.
You can determine which TASS portal products your school has configured and currently uses by reviewing the products activated in TASS.web System Admin > Utilities > Product Activation Maintenance.
TASS.web is primarily utilised by various school administrators, including system administrators, finance administrators, payroll administrators, student administrators, school nurses, enrollment administrators, and academic reporting administrators, to perform administrative tasks, enter data and configure system utilities.
