School Shop (SLS)

Overview

The TASS.web School Shop module provides a tool to create multiple school shops for the processing of sales to:

• Students.

• Commercial debtors (TASS.web Commercial Debtors module must be licensed).

• Departments.

• Cash customers.

It has a stock management system that includes:

• Stock maintenance.

• Stock receipting.

• Stock adjustment.

• Stocktake facility.

The module can be set up to integrate with a TASS company and associated General Ledger or can be run without General Ledger integration.

Student sales can be transferred to the TASS.web Parent Account module. Alternatively, the module can stand-alone allowing the generation of statements directly to parents with a corresponding receipting function to allow parent payments against individual shops. A detailed transactional on-screen ledger per student is available for each shop.

The sale entry program will work with particular scanners, docket printers and cash drawers to provide a comprehensive Point-of-Sale facility.

A bulk invoice and credit program is available to enable the rapid entry of student sales or credits to groups of students.
