Extra Curricular (EC)
Overview
The Extra Curricular programs well cater for the non-academic profiling of a student. Extra Curricular is designed to assist with the operational and administrative management of extra curricular programs such as school sports, performing arts, music tuition programs, and tracking of non-academic type achievements and awards.
The Extra Curricular programs caters for:
Online activity sign-up through Parent Lounge and/or Student Cafe, with 'pay then play' payment options integrated with the TASS.web Finance programs.
Allocation of staff, coordinators, tutors and coaches to individual teams and groups.
Attendance tracking and capture through the use of the Custom Rolls facility.
Bulk Team Management to support the initial allocation and intermittent changes of students between teams.
Session scheduling for one-off individual student sessions or team activities such as music lessons, training practice, try-outs and rehearsals.
eDiary Integrations (School Calendar, Staff Kiosk My Calendar, Student Cafe eDiary, Resources, Rooms and Attendance to notify staff of student absences when marking rolls).
Comments to be recorded and included in school reports using the Student EC Certificates and Generate Student Reports modules.
Setup of information displayed in the TASS portals including Staff Kiosk, Parent Lounge, Parent Orbit Extra Curricular Hub, Sport Fixtures and Results Portal and Student Café.
