Boarders (BOR)

Overview

TASS.web boarders module provides a tool to record boarder specific data and to track leave.

A new grid style of data maintenance provides 'spreadsheet' style review and editing to facilitate the checking and updating of multiple records. 

The leave tracking component can be operated in a single boarder mode or can be used to rapidly enter 'bulk' leave to a group of boarders.

Leave records can be progressed through a number of stages:

• Pending (entered but not yet approved).

• Ready to go (approved but not yet checked-out).

• On leave.

• Returned.

A full transactional history of all leave records is maintained on the system.

A 'leave log' is available to quickly display the boarders who are showing as being on leave at a particular time.

Listings available include:

• Boarder details.

• Hosts by student.

• Meal numbers.

• Residence numbers.
