SLS - Daily Transactions Report
Overview
The School Shop ‘Daily Transactions Report’ program generates a report of the trading in this shop on a selected day. It can be run for all transaction types or selectively for:
Invoices.
Credits.
Receipts.
It displays the transactions grouped by transaction type.
It also includes a summary of trading by sale/transaction types:
Cash Sale Invoices
Cash Sale Credits.
Receipts
Student Invoices.
Student Credits.
Commercial Invoices
Commercial Credits.
Department Invoices.
Department Credits.
Enter the 'Search Criteria' into the 'General' tab to filter the data produced in the report.
Fields that require detailed explanation | |

Transaction Entry Date | This is the date that you want to produce the shop trading analysis for. |
Transaction Type | This field will default to 'All'. Alternatively, choose a single transaction type. |
Entered By | Each transaction entered into this shop will automatically record the person's logon. This field can be used to select transactions for a particular person. |
The 'Print' tab allows you to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.
Use the checkboxes to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These options can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.
Click 'GO' to generate the report.
The report will contain the following headings:
Heading | Description |

Tran Type | The transaction type will be listed. |
Tran Date | The transaction date will be included. |
Tran Num | The transaction number will be listed. |
Code | The student code will be listed. |
Name | The student name will be listed. |
Year | The year level for the student will be shown. |
Brd | The report will indicate with a Yes or No if the student is a Boarder. |
Entered By | The name of the person who entered the transaction will be included. |
Nett Amount | The Nett Amount will be included. |
Tax Amount | The Tax Amount will be included. |
Tran Amount | Transaction Amount will be shown. |
