Additional Steps Required to Load a Campus Specific Timetable
This guide should be used in conjunction with the 'How to Upload Timetable and Subject Data from Timechart' or the 'How to Upload Timetable and Subject Data from Timetabler' guide.
Functionality is available within the timetable module that allows the importation of campus-specific timetables. You may elect to use this in the scenario where both campuses have common year groups.
Example:
Campus 1 | Campus 2 |
---|---|
Year 1 -12 | Year 7 - 12 |
The timetable module uses the room code to differentiate the classes that will be available for different campuses.
