TT - Print Teacher Timetables

This report enables the user to produce a print out of individual teacher timetables.

'Report Criteria' are entered into the fields displayed in the 'General' tab to filter the data produced in the report. A 'Year' and 'Term/Semester' must be entered.

The 'Teachers' and 'Departments' fields allow multiple selections.

Holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking on your options permits a range selection, holding down the 'Ctrl' key enables selection of discrete (individual) criterion.

If your school is operating with multiple timetables, a 'Timetable' field will be displayed to allow the user to select a 'Timetable' to print from.

The 'Print' tab allows the user to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report. Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen.

Use the checkboxes on the right side of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.

Extra checkbox options to print 'Current Teachers Only' and 'Include Period Descriptions from Day 1' are also available in this list.
