How do I change the recipients of Pastoral Care automatic notifications?
There are two areas where you can define automatic communications for Pastoral Care Entries:
From Staff Kiosk Pastoral Care > Types (Setup), use the 'Automatic Notifications' section for each Type to specify staff notified when a Pastoral Care Entry is logged with this Type selected.
From Staff Kiosk Pastoral Care > Conduct (Setup), use the 'Automatic Notifications' section for each Conduct to specify whether Email, SMS, or Notifications are sent to selected Staff Roles or Parents when a Pastoral Care Entry logs this Conduct. Staff Roles that can be included in this correspondence are Class Teachers, PC/Tutor Group Teacher, Head of Year, Year Administrators
Head of House and House Administrators.
Selecting the ‘Parent' automatic notification option sends a notification to parents who have the 'Staff Kiosk Correspondence (Staff Corr)' Communication Rule enabled in the TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Student Information > Students on the 'Addresses & Comm Rules’ tab.
