BOR - Hosts by Student Report

Host information can be set up and allocated against boarder records using program Student Admin > Boarders > Setup Information > Host Information.

Host information can be set up using program Student Admin > Boarders > Setup Information > Host Information and allocated against individual boarder records through program Student Admin > Boarders > Boarders Information > Boarders on the 'Hosts' tab.

This report details the hosts that have been set up for each boarder.

It can be generated for all boarders who have hosts assigned to their records by leaving the selection criteria blank. It can be run for an individual student by selecting the student code.

The drop-down list on the 'Year Group' field supports multiple selections. Holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking with your mouse, enables a range selection. Holding down the 'Ctrl' key while clicking, enables multiple individual selections of fields.

The 'Print' tab allows the user to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report.

Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen.

Use the checkboxes on the right side of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders'. These can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.

Select 'Additional Fields' to include in the listing by highlighting them with a mouse-click.
