EHR - Qualification Institutions Tab (SU)
Overview
The ‘Qualification Institutions’ tab is used to create the institutions that will become available when adding data through the 'Qualifications' tab of an Employee Record.
It can be accessed by navigating to TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Setup Information > Employee/HR Setup.
User Security Permissions
Access to this tab is controlled by the ‘Employee/HR Setup’ and ‘--- Qualification Institutions tab’ security point in TASS.web System Admin > Users > User Maintenance or TASS.web System Admin > Users > Security Role Permissions. Contact your school’s TASS System Administrator for access.
About the Qualification Institutions Tab
Use this tab to create the institutions that will become available when adding data through the 'Qualifications' tab in TASS.web programs:
TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Employee Information > Employees on the ‘Qualifications’ tab.
TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Employee Information > Employees on the ‘Qualifications’ tab.
Examples could be:
University of Queensland.
Monash University.
University of New South Wales.
Australian Red Cross.
QLD College of Teachers.
Important!
Qualification Institutions cannot be deleted after they have been used on an employee record.
Care should also be taken when changing the description, as existing employee records using this institution will be affected by the change.
