Student Records - UD Areas

The Change Logs Grid now records an entry when any add/edit/delete change is made to a students 'UD Areas' information, whether entered manually or uploaded by a TASS.web user, accepted through Parent Lounge updates, or received via an API call.

Parent Teacher Interviews - SMS Reminders

Parents and Guardians who have made Parent Teacher Interview bookings can now be sent a reminder SMS prior to a Conference.
The message can provide the specific details of the parent's first appointment through the use of Keywords, such as the date and time, the teacher they will be meeting with and for which subject, and the location.

This should be a great help to busy parents and should assist in keeping conferences running on time.

Note that an SMS Gateway API must be set up to use SMS functionality.

Edit or Cancel Leave Applications in TASS.web

Phase 2 of the Leave Application enhancements allows Payroll super users to edit or cancel Leave Applications, directly in TASS.web, after importing timesheets from Staff Kiosk.

TASS.web users, who meet the required conditions, are able to access Employee Leave Application screens, similar in view to Leave Applications in Staff Kiosk, to edit or cancel the leave application.  These actions are logged in the Application Change Log for auditing purposes.

IdM API

Expansion to the getParents endpoint to include the Parent Name for each address block. This will allow use of the Parent Name in automated communications.

Address Collection (Aus)

Addresses can be easily excluded from the Address Collection (Aus) report by ticking the new 'Excl Addr Coll' checkbox located on the 'Addresses and Comm. Rules' tab on Student and Enrolled Student records.

This will save a significant amount of time for users who previously removed addresses from the report manually, such as international addresses.
