Setting up the Enrolments Module Video
This video walks through how to configure the Enrolments module in TASS.web, explaining each tab in the Enrolments Setup program and how they support the end‑to‑end enrolment process. It covers setting up enrolment parameters such as advance fees and deposits, defining enrolment stages from initial enquiry through to transfer to current students, and configuring parent and student user‑definable fields, including how selected data can transfer to current records. The session also explains how to assign enrolment priorities, maintain occupations and feeder schools for reporting and analytics, and manage parent and student note categories that carry through from enrolled to current records.
