ENR - Feeder Schools Tab (SU)
This tab is used to create the list of schools that students attend before enrolling at your school.
The schools that you enter here become available on the 'General' tabs in programs:
- Student Admin > Enrolments > Enrolment Information > Enrolments in the 'Current School' field drop-down list.
- Student Admin > Students Records > Student Information > Students in the 'Previous School' field drop-down list.
Click on the 'View' or 'Edit' action links to access the feeder school record.
Click the 'Print' icon to produce a listing of 'Feeder Schools'.
Use the 'Include Student Totals' option to include the total number and percentage of enrolled, current and past students from each feeder school.
To create a new feeder school click the 'New School' button.
Each 'Feeder School' requires a unique alphanumeric code up to 5 characters long and a description up to 30 characters long.

Export Code | This field is flagged for future use. There is no functionality associated with it at the moment. |
DEECD Provider ID | This field will only appear for Victorian schools. The Provider ID is allocated to Victorian schools by the Victorian State Government Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. If a Provider ID is defined for a feeder school, this detail is included within transactions for enrolled students processed by the Victorian Student Register. |
Full Name | A detailed name for the feeder school. This can be up to 60 characters. |
Address Lines 1 & 2 | Physical or mailing address for the feeder school. This can be up to 50 characters for each line. |
Town / Suburb | This field will up-shift the characters as they are entered. |
State | This field will up-shift the characters as they are entered. |
Post Code | Alpha/Numeric 10 character field. |
Country | Country for this feeder school. |
Phone | This is the contact phone number for this feeder school. |
Email Address | Email address for this feeder school. This email address will be sent the 'WA Transfer Note' when generated in Student Admin > Student Records > Listings/Reports/Merges > Student Details Listing (WA Schools only). |
Enterprise Mode Only
If your school is running in Enterprise mode the following additional fields will be available:
School Region | Nominate the region that this feeder school belongs to. |
TASS Company | In Enterprise mode, some of your feeder schools will be other schools in your group. For these, it is important to map each feeder school to its TASS Company (school). If this mapping is done, it means that when entering an enrolled student record using program Student Admin > Enrolments > Enrolment Information > Enrolments and selecting a student record from another school in your group, the 'Current School' field will be automatically inserted on the enrolment record that you are entering, e.g. When a student is enrolling in one of the group's secondary schools and that student has attended one of your primary schools. |
Where You Are in the Source Company
A message will be displayed at the top of the screen 'This is the Source Company for Enterprise mode'.
The 'Feeder Schools' that you create and maintain here, will update all other companies that are Enterprise mode enabled (i.e the other schools in your group).
Where You Are in an Enterprise Enabled Company That Is Not the Source Company
A message will be displayed at the top of the screen 'Enterprise Mode Enabled'.
Schools that are 'Enterprise Mode Enabled' (but not the 'Source Company') cannot maintain their own 'Feeder Schools', it must be done in the 'Source Company'.
