Managing Pastoral Care Outcomes Video

This video provides an overview of how staff can manage pastoral care outcomes within the Staff Kiosk Pastoral Care module, explaining what an outcome is and how it can be used for both positive and corrective purposes. Using a detention scenario, it demonstrates how a staff member accesses pastoral care entries, adjusts filters to view all relevant students, and narrows results by outcome and linked calendar events. The video shows how to identify students who have not yet completed their outcome, prepare attendance lists (including printing for offline use), and efficiently mark outcomes as completed in bulk. It concludes by outlining options for students who do not attend, based on individual school processes.

This video refers to the ‘Teacher Kiosk’ portal, which has since been renamed ‘Staff Kiosk.’
