Maintaining Schedules Video
This video demonstrates how to create and maintain schedules for reports and listings in Staff Kiosk Listings > My Saved Lists. It covers generating and saving a listing, setting up automated schedules to deliver reports via email at nominated times, customising email templates with keywords, and viewing what recipients receive when a scheduled listing is sent. The process includes filtering data, choosing export options, managing recipients and permissions, and editing schedules for future occurrences.
To start the video, click the

To enable subtitles, click the
‘Closed Captions’ icon and select ‘English’.
To adjust the speed of the video, click the
‘Settings’ icon, then select your preferred ‘Speed’.
