Attendance Rollcall Status Button

Click the 'Attendance Rollcall Status' button on the 'Class Rollcall' screen to display a list of teachers required to mark the roll.

The icons displayed indicate whether they have submitted their roll calls.

The ‘red cross’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall has not been completed.

The ‘green tick’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall has been completed.

Please hover over the tick to see the code of the person who marked the roll and the date/time it was completed.

The ‘black tick’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall cannot be completed because all the students are absent.

An example of where this might occur is when all students in the class are on an excursion.

The ‘stopwatch’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall period has not started yet.

To view the 'Attendance Rollcall Status' program for a prior day, use the '<' button in the Timetable to navigate to a previous day first before accessing the 'Attendance Rollcall Status' program.

Select the 'envelope' icons to email the teachers who have missed marking their Class Rollcall.

Use the 'envelope' icons at the bottom of each column to email the teachers who have missed marking their roll within a timetabled period.

The 'envelope' icon at the bottom of the screen can be used to email teachers who have missed marking their roll in any period.

Print

The 'Attendance Rollcall Status Report' page will be displayed when the' Print' button is clicked.

Use the search criteria to find the data you require.

Sort By

This will determine the order in which the records appear in the report.

Formatting Options

Choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be done with Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.

Use the checkboxes to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders' and whether you want the report in 'Landscape' or 'Portrait'. These can enhance the readability of the report.

Report Title

Name the report.

Save this Report as

Use this field to save your report as a template that can be accessed in the Staff Kiosk program Listings > My Saved Lists.

Once your report is saved in your 'My Saved Lists' area, it can then be used to:

  • Generate the report again.

  • Create a Scheduled Report to be emailed to select staff members.

Click 'Go' in the right head corner of the screen.

Download or view the report in a new window.
