Attendance Rollcall Status Button
Click the 'Attendance Rollcall Status' button on the Staff Kiosk Rollcall > Class Rollcall screen to display a list of Teachers required to mark the roll for the selected day.
To view the 'Attendance Rollcall Status' program for a previous day, use the '<' button in the Timetable grid on Staff Kiosk Rollcall > Class Rollcall screen to select the desired day before accessing the 'Attendance Rollcall Status' program.
The icons in the ‘Attendance Rollcall Status’ grid show whether each teacher submitted their roll call for the date shown at the top of the grid.
![]() | The ‘red cross’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall has not been completed. |
![]() | The ‘green tick’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall has been completed. Please hover over the tick to see the code of the person who marked the roll, along with the date/time it was completed. |
![]() | The ‘black tick’ icon indicates that the Class Rollcall cannot be completed because all students are absent or no students are assigned to the Class Roll for this period. Example An example of where this might occur is when all students in the class are on an excursion. |

Use the envelope icons to email teachers about their missed roll calls.

The 'envelope' icons at the bottom of each lesson period column can be used to email teachers who missed marking their roll for that specific period. The 'envelope' icon at the bottom of the screen emails teachers who missed marking their roll in any period on the selected day. See How to Generate Emails for more information. |
Click the ‘Print’ button to produce the 'Attendance Rollcall Status Report'.
Upon clicking the button, the 'Attendance Rollcall Status Report' screen will be displayed, and provide the following search criteria and formatting options.
You can select previously saved configurations using the 'My Saved Reports' list at the top right of the screen.
You can also delete saved configurations by selecting a report from the list and clicking the ‘Delete’ button.
Search Criteria
Use the search criteria to find the data you require.
Timetable | Use the ‘Timetable’ field to select a timetable for the report. |
* Rollcall Date | The ‘Rollcall Date’ field is mandatory. Use it to select a single date or date range for the report. |
Teacher | Use the ‘Teacher’ field to select one or more teachers for the report. Type their Teacher Code or name, then select from the list. The chosen teacher will appear in the field. To remove a teacher, click the 'X' icon next to their name. |
Teacher Campus | Use the ‘Teacher Campus’ field to select a single campus or multiple campuses for the report. |
Teacher Department | Use the ‘Teacher Department’ field to select a single department or multiple departments for the report. |
Sort By
Use the ‘Sort By’ options to determine the order in which the records appear in the report.
Toggle the ‘A-Z’ icon to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
Formatting Options
Use the checkboxes in the ‘Formatting Options’ section to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours' and 'Table Borders', and whether you want the report in 'Landscape' or 'Portrait'. These can enhance the report's readability.
Export Options
Choose the 'destination' of the report. You can export to PDF, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.
Report Title
The 'Report Title'/Save this Report as field specifies the name printed at the top of the report. The default title is 'Attendance Rollcall Status Report,' but you may change it to any desired name.
Save this Report as
Use the ‘Save this Report as’ field to save your report as a template that can later be accessed in the Staff Kiosk Listings > My Saved Lists, or from the ‘My Saved Lists’ drop-down list in the top right corner of the screen.
Once your report is saved in your 'My Saved Lists' area, it can then be used to:
Generate the report again.
Create a Scheduled Report to be emailed to select staff members.
Generating the Report
After entering your search criteria, formatting, and export options, click ‘GO’ in the bottom right corner to download or view the report in a new window.
