EHR - Titles Tab (SU)
Overview
The ‘Titles' tab allows schools to create the titles that will be available in Employee Records.
Examples could be Doc, Prof, Miss, Ms, Mrs, Mr etc.
It can be accessed by navigating to TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Setup Information > Employee/HR Setup.
About the Titles Tab
Use the ‘Titles' tab to create the titles that will become available when adding employee records through TASS.web programs:
TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Employee Information > Employees on the ‘General’ tab.
TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Employee Information > Employees on the ‘General’ tab.
Important!
Titles cannot be deleted after they have been used on an employee record.
Care should also be taken when changing the description, as existing employee records using this Title will be affected by the change.
