ACR - Signatory Details Tab
Overview
The 'Signatory Details' tab stores the names, job titles, and signatures of Principals or HODs.
Signatories added here become available for selection to include on Academic Reports.
There is no limit to the number of signatories that can be added.
Click the ‘New’ button and enter the signatory details.
To view a Signatory Line, click 'View' on the respective 'Signatory Line'.
To alter a Signatory Line, click 'Edit' on the respective 'Signatory Line'.
To delete a Signatory Line, click 'Delete' on the respective 'Signatory Line'.

Signatory Number | A Signatory Number is automatically allocated when adding a new signatory. |
Class Teacher | Tick this checkbox to identify this signatory as a Class Teacher or PC Tutor Group Teacher. When generating Student Reports or Exit Statements and adding the Class Teacher signatory on the report, you are able to choose a subject (e.g. Pastoral Care or PC Tutor Group). Each student's class teacher(s) of the chosen subject(s) will then display in the signatures section on the report. For more information, refer to How to Include Class Teacher Signatures in the Signature Section of the Student Report. |
Sort Order | This is an optional field. Enter a number to indicate the Sort Order of the signature on the report. Signatories with the same Sort Order appear in alphabetical order. Signatories with no Sort Order appear after the ordered signatures. |
Employee | This is an optional field. Enter a minimum of three characters to select an Employee or Teacher from the picklist to map this signatory to a current Teacher or Employee Record, thereby using the signature attached to the record. Once a link to an Employee or Teacher has been established, the 'View Signature' link displays. Click to preview the signature attachment that will be used in Academic Reports. A yellow warning icon displays if no signature attachment has been added to their record. There is no need to upload another signature attachment here if the mapped record contains a signature attachment. Both the Teacher Record and Employee Record signature fields are interconnected, so when one is updated, the other automatically reflects the change. Teacher Signatures can be added in:

Signatory Name | This is an optional field. Enter the Signatory's name. Maximum 40 characters. Leave blank for Signatories flagged as 'Class Teacher'. |
* Signatory Title | This is a mandatory field. Enter the title of the Signatory. Maximum 40 characters. |
Signatory Attachment | If you have not linked an Employee or Teacher Record with a signature above, attach the signature file in this field. This is an attachment field. The image must conform to the following standards: File Type: The file type needs to be either jpeg, jpg, bmp, png or gif. Image Size: Minimum size: 60 pixels tall and up to 300 pixels wide. Maximum size: 100 pixels tall and up to 600 pixels wide. File Name: The file name must be the same as the employee code. File Size: The file size must be less or equal to the file size limit set in the tassdoc.ini file in bytes. If the file size of the attachment is greater than an error message will be displayed. File Attached: The file must not be empty. Uploading a file in this field does not affect the signatures attached to the Employee and Teacher records. When a signature is attached to this field and the Employee/Teacher Record, the Academic Reports will use the signature from the Employee/Teacher Record. |
