Student Appointment Program and Self Registration Video
An overview of how to set up and manage the Student Appointment Program, and a look at the Student Appointment Self Registration Portal.
This video explains how the Student Appointment Log program in Staff Kiosk is used to record student activities that occur outside the regular timetable, such as counselling visits, music lessons or IT support, and how the Student Self‑Registration portal allows students to check in and out of these appointments. It covers program setup from the calendar menu, including appointment categories and types, using the Student Appointment Log to add and manage appointments, recording arrival and departure times, and how appointment information flows through to class rolls and student profiles. The video also outlines staff permission controls and demonstrates how the self‑registration portal can be configured to automatically create or manage appointments, ensuring staff and families have clear visibility of where students are during the school day.
