Markbook Overview Video

This video provides a comprehensive overview of the Staff Kiosk Assessment > Markbook program, guiding staff through accessing the Assessment menu, selecting a reporting period, and working with assigned subject classes. It explains the four available data entry screens—Activity Assessment, Enter Results and Comments, Results Grid, and Search Final Assessment—highlighting how each can be used to enter results, calculate grades, manage comments, and review data efficiently. The video also covers supervisor access, spreadsheet import options, comment tools, and how entered data flows through to academic reports generated in TASS.web. Finally, it shows how results, reports, and analytics are made available to staff in Staff Kiosk, to students via Student Cafe, and to parents and carers through Parent Lounge and the Parent Orbit app.

Since filming, the Activity Setup feature has been added to the Subject Class Selection Screen.
