ACR - Transcript of Academic Achievements
Overview
The ‘Transcript of Academic Achievements’ program allows you to generate a 'transcript' type academic report for students.
This report is designed to cater to requests from students to have a copy of their academic achievements for a prior year.
General Tab
'Report Criteria' can be entered into the fields displayed in the 'General' tab to filter the data produced in the report. The report can be generated for a single student, or it can be used to generate reports for an entire year group. If the report is run for more than one student, the report will print students' current year group on the report.

*Reporting Year and Period | This is a mandatory field. A 'Reporting Year and Period' must be entered. (also know as a Result Period) |
Student | This is an optional field. To print a transcript for one single student, select their name in this field. To search for Current Students, enter 3 or more characters of their Student Code or their name to populate a picklist of matching students, or click the binoculars icon to open the Student Lookup screen to search. To search for Past Students, enter their Student Code, or click the binoculars icon to open the Student Lookup screen to search. If the Student Lookup does not return students who have left the school, then a student code can be entered directly in the 'Student Code' field, or the 'Omit Non-Current Students from Lookup' option can be disabled from TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup. |
Year Level / Year Group to print on report | This field is optional. When a student is selected in the field above, the 'Year Group' field will change to 'Year Group to Print on Report'. This will allow you to override the year group that is displayed on the student's report. To print a transcript for an entire Year Level, select the Year Level in this field and leave the student field blank. If the report is run for more than one student, the report will print students' current year group on the report. |
Print Tab
The 'Print' tab is used to format the report. Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen. The report will be output to PDF.

Sort By | When multiple transcripts are being generated, use the options in the Sort By section to sort the transcripts by Student Code or Student Name. |
Include Subject Outlines | Tick this option to print Subject Outlines against each Subject on the report. If your school runs a Unitised timetable, Subject Outlines are entered in TASS.web Student Admin > Student Records > Setup Information > Student Records Setup on the 'Subjects' tab. If your school runs a Non-Unitised timetable, Subject Outlines are entered in TASS.web Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Subject Outlines or Staff Kiosk Staff > Subject Outlines. |
Include Comment Only Subjects in Report | Tick this option to include subjects on the report that don't have any results and only comments. For example, the Tutor Group Comment subject. |
Report Title | Enter the Title that you want to appear on the Transcript. |
Click ‘GO’ to produce a PDF transcript.
