Transcript of Academic Achievements Overview

This program allows you to generate a 'transcript' type academic report for students.

This report is designed to cater to requests from students to have a copy of their academic achievements for a prior year.

General Tab

'Report Criteria' can be entered into the fields displayed in the 'General' tab to filter the data produced in the report. A 'Reporting Year and Period' must be entered.

The report can be generated for a single student, or it can be used to generate reports for an entire year group.

If the student lookup does not return students who have left the school, then a student code can be entered directly in the 'Student Code' field, or the 'Omit Non-Current Students from Lookup' option can be disabled from the Student Records Setup screen.

If the report is run for a single student, the 'Year Group' field will change to 'Year Group to Print on Report'. This will allow you to override the year group that is displayed on the student's report.

If the report is run for more than one student, the report will print students' current year group on the report. 

Print Tab

The 'Print' tab is used to format the report. Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen. The report will be output to Adobe® PDF.

Include Subject Outlines	Tick this option to print subject outlines against each subject on the report. Subject Outlines are created using: TASS.web program Student Admin > Academic Reporting > Setup Information > Subject Outlines or Teacher Kiosk program Teacher > Subject Outlines.
Include Comment Only Subjects in Report	Tick this option to include subjects on the report that don't have any results and only comments. For example, the Tutor Group Comment subject.
