Which reports list inactive/non-current medical conditions and medications?

The following reports can be used to generate a list of Medical Conditions:

• TASS.web Student Admin > Medical Records > Listings/Reports/Merges > Student Medical History. This report allows you to filter by ‘Date of Last Occurrence'.

• TASS.web Student Admin > Medical Records > Listings/Reports/Merges > Medical Condition Report. This report allows you to filter by ‘Medical UD Fields’.

• Staff Kiosk Listings > Student Medical (Lists/Emails). This report allows you to filter by ‘Medical UD Fields’ and add them into the report as additional fields if required.

All three reports have the option ‘Include Inactive Medical Conditions’ in the export.

The following reports can be used to generate a list of condition-related Medications:

• TASS.web Student Admin > Medical Records > Listings/Reports/Merges > Medical Condition Report.

• Staff Kiosk Listings > Student Medical (Lists/Emails).

Both reports have the option ‘Include Inactive Medications’ in the export.

As of v01.060.06.200, there isn't a report option for non-condition medications, but we are working on it!
