Where can I update an approver of Leave / Other Applications?

The approvers and workflow for Leave Applications are based on the setup defined for each Leave Type in Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > Leave Types (Setup).

The approvers and workflow for Other Applications are based on the setup defined for each Other Type in Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > Other Types (Setup).

Both setup areas have a similar screen layout that allows you to define the number of approvers and your preferred workflow. In the ‘Number of Approvers’ field, you can specify the number of approvers to use from the Supervisor Hierarchy. Then, if you require additional approvers beyond the Supervisor level, you can add them in the ‘Level of Approver’ or the ‘Designated Approver’ field.

Supervisors can be maintained in TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Employee Information > Employees on the ‘General’ tab, in the 'Supervisor 1' and 'Supervisor 2' fields.

When updating approvers, ensure the appropriate user permissions are also removed/applied in TASS.web System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions.
