It explains how the API supports end‑to‑end provisioning, maintenance and de‑provisioning of user accounts for administrators, employees, students and parents, enabling schools to integrate TASS with a wide range of identity platforms and automation tools. The video walks through core use cases such as synchronising users, writing usernames and email addresses back into TASS, managing roles and permissions across Staff Kiosk, Student Cafe and Parent Lounge, and programmatically handling split family access. It also outlines the V3 API security model, role‑based access control, and the extensive GitHub documentation and sample code available to help schools implement and extend their identity management workflows.
