TASS v53 BETA Showcase Webinar Video

This webinar showcases key features and enhancements introduced across Versions 53, 53.1, and the upcoming 53.2 as part of the TASS beta program, with a focus on improving student self-service, communications, inclusivity, finance controls, and system administration. Highlights include illness self‑registration for Sick Bay, configurable system email templates, enhanced extracurricular sign‑ups via Student Cafe and Parent Lounge, expanded gender fluidity across records and reporting, long‑form SMS messaging, and detailed audit logging for Parent Lounge updates. The session also demonstrates new student analytics and “My Details” views in Student Cafe, major advancements to the Identity Management API for automated provisioning, finance safeguards such as bank fraud detection and flexible billing discounts, a new system log viewer, and the introduction of the TASS Customer Hub as a centralised support and resource platform.
