Payment Schedules Bulk Updating Capability | New ‘Bulk Update’ facility added to TASS.web program Finance > Parent Accounts > Billing Cycle > Payment Schedules. This feature allows users to apply charges and credits to payment schedules and update remaining instalments using the current payment method linked to the parent account. This means that parents no longer need to log into Parent Lounge and update payment methods each time a new charge or credit is applied to their account. The ‘Bulk Update Grid Screen’ can also be accessed for individual parents via:
A new System Email Template called ‘Payment Schedule Bulk Update’ has been added to TASS.web program System Admin > Email Settings > System Email Templates and includes keywords for customising content. After processing a bulk update, parents will automatically receive a copy of this email. To ensure compatibility with the new Bulk Update process, some existing screens and workflows have been modified. See the ‘What’s New’ section below for details. ‘Bulk Update’ is only available for new Payment Schedules. It will not be available for any older Payment Schedules that were created before taking the v01.059.02.200 update. Refer to Payment Schedules on the Knowledge Base for more information. |
