* Send Email At | Select the time to send this email to approvers. |
* Number of Days | Enter the number of days since the Draft Leave Application was created to send the reminder email. The 'Number of Days' calculation in this template counts only business days, excluding public holidays and weekends. For example, if the trigger activates on Friday and the template’s 'Number of Days' is 2, it sends on Tuesday, not Sunday. You can configure public holidays in Staff Kiosk Payroll HR > Public Holidays (Setup). If an application is submitted, drafted, or assigned on a weekend or public holiday, the day count begins on the next business day. Selecting the checkbox next to the 'Number of Days' field sends an email at the specified interval until the trigger resolves or the Draft Leave Application is reviewed and the leave approval is no longer assigned to the user in an Unapproved state. |
Active | Select ‘Yes' to activate the email template or 'No’ to deactivate. |
