STR - Class Lists
Use the filters on the 'General' tab to determine the class lists to be printed.
The 'Print' tab allows you to choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel® or Microsoft Word®.
The 'Print' tab is also used to format the report. Sorting options are available on the left side of the screen.
Click the 'Include Student Date Range' box to include details of any special date ranges that have been set up for individual students for the subject class.
Use the checkboxes on the right side of the screen to indicate your preference for displaying 'Alternate Row Colours', 'Table Borders', 'Combine Subject Classes' and 'Page Break by Class'. These can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®.
You can also select additional fields to include in your class lists.
Holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking on your options permits a range selection, holding down the 'Ctrl' key enables selection of discrete (individual) criterion.
