How do I print a Class List in TASS.web?

  1. Navigate to TASS.web program Student Admin > Student Records > Student Classes > Class Lists.

  1. Click on the ‘General’ tab.

  2. Ensure the ‘Year’ and ‘Term’ fields are correct for the Class List that you would like to print. Adjust these fields if required.

  3. Select your search criteria in the ‘Year Group', ‘Subject’, ‘Class’, or ‘Teacher’ fields. These fields are optional. If left blank, all Year Groups, Subjects, Classes, or Teachers will be included in the listing.

Holding down the 'Shift' key while clicking with your mouse enables a range selection. Holding down the 'Ctrl' key while clicking with your mouse enables multiple individual selections.

  1. Click on the ‘Print’ tab.

  1. In the 'Sort By' section, choose how you would like the list to sort the students. You can sort by either Student Code, Surname, or Gender.

  2. In the ‘Formatting Options’ section, select ‘Export to PDF'.

  3. To enhance the appearance of your list, tick the checkboxes available in the ‘Formatting Options’ section.

  1. In the ‘Additional Fields’ section, select any 'Additional Fields' you would like to include.

  1. Click the ‘GO’ button to generate your report in PDF format.

  2. Navigate to your internet browser's 'Print' function and print your lists.
