School Shop - Student Sale Video
This video explains how to process ‘Student Sales’ in the School Shop module of TASS.web, where charges are applied to a student account and payment is collected at a later date. It walks through selecting the student sale type, identifying the correct student, entering invoice or credit transactions, and using comments for invoices and reports. The video demonstrates adding items to the transaction grid using barcode scanning or manual stock lookup, shows how pricing, tax and general ledger codes are automatically populated, and explains the use of special pricing for eligible students. It concludes by confirming the sale without taking payment and highlights the two available methods for settling student School Shop balances.
