School Shop - Student Sale Receipting Video
This video explains how to receipt payments for student sales in the School Shop module of TASS.web, focusing on the end‑to‑end process where sales and receipting are both completed within School Shop. It outlines the two available payment methods for student School Shop accounts, then concentrates on Method 1, where statements are generated and payments are receipted directly back to School Shop. The video walks through generating student or family statements, delivering them by print or email, understanding address hierarchies and formatting options, and then receipting payments against either student or family accounts using common payment types such as cash, cheque, EFTPOS and card. It also highlights receipt printing and the importance of producing a bank deposit report at the end of the trading period.
