Distribute Tutorial Videos Using School Links Video
This video demonstrates how schools can distribute parent-focused tutorial videos from the Video Library to families using School Links in Parent Lounge, and student-focused videos in Student Cafe. It walks through viewing existing School Links as a parent, then switches to staff access to show how to create a new School Link Category, add individual video links, and configure where those links appear. The video also explains how to copy video URLs from the Video Library, choose whether videos are embedded or opened in a new window, and make links visible in the Parent Lounge (or Student Cafe, where applicable), and finishes with a confirmation of how parents see and access the embedded video content.
