Why can't I see a Payment Schedule Payment Method on Parent Lounge?

Payment Methods for School Fees Payment Schedules can be added, edited and deleted in Parent Lounge Accounts and Payments > School Fees Account.  

When a new Payment Method is created, it is associated with the Parent Code logged into Parent Lounge.  If Split Family Access (SFA) exists, the Payment Method is associated with the Parent Code and the SFA No.

Please check that the ‘School Fees Account—Payment Methods’ user permission is enabled for all Parent Lounge users in TASS.web program System Admin > Users > Portal Security Permissions.

Check that Payment Schedules are enabled in TASS.web program Finance > Parent Accounts > Setup Information > Parent Accounts Setup on the 'Parent Lounge' tab.

If Split Family Access is enabled, check whether the Payment Method is ‘available to the SFA No’ in one of the following TASS.web programs:

  • Student Admin > Parent Records > Setup Information > Parent Lounge Setup on the ‘Split Family Access’ tab.

  • Student Admin > Parent Records > Parents. Click on the Split Family Access ‘View’ link on the ‘General’ tab,

  • Finance > Parent Accounts > Account Information > Parent Account Inquiry. Click on the Split Family Access ‘View’ link on the ‘General’ tab,

Check the visibility of ‘Unassigned Split Family Payment Methods’ in TASS.web program Student Admin > Parent Records > Setup Information > Parent Accounts Setup on the ‘General’ tab.
