Viewing and Editing Requisitions

To 'View' or 'Edit' a requisition, use the 'My Requisitions Searching' section of the 'Requisitions' screen.

Enter or select search options using the various search fields available including requisition status (Approved, Unapproved or Cancelled), date range, General Ledger Account or Supplier.

Click the 'GO' button to display the Requisition list screen with requisitions matching your search.

The actions available will depend on the status of the Requisition as follows:

Approved Requisition

You will be able to 'View' or 'Clone' requisitions with this status.

The 'Order No.' field will display the Purchase Order Number associated with the approved requisition.

Click the 'Printer' icon (if available) in the 'Order No.' column to view or print this Purchase Order.

Unapproved Requisition

You will be able to 'View', 'Edit', 'Clone' or 'Cancel' requisitions with this status.

To cancel an Unapproved Requisition, click the 'Cancel' link in the 'Action' column. Enter a comment in the 'Reason for Cancellation' field as prompted on the 'Requisition' screen.

Cancelled Requisition

You will be able to 'View' or 'Clone' requisitions with this status.

Every change that is made to an application from the time that it is submitted is logged.

Click the 'Log' link in the 'Action' column to view a history of 'actions' including:

  • The user that made the change.

  • The action taken:

    • New Requisition.

    • Edit Requisition.

    • Cancel requisition.

    • Reject Requisition.

    • Approve Requisition.

  • The date and time of change.

  • Status of the requisition (after the action was taken).

  • Who the requisition is currently assigned to.
