Alternate ID Fields for Employee Records

A new ‘Alternate ID' field has been introduced for Employee Records in:

  • TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Employee Information > Employees on the 'General’ tab, and

  • TASS.web Payroll HRM > Payroll > Employee Information > Employees on the 'General’ tab.

This field is designed to capture alternative identification information, such as a unique barcode or magnetic swipe card number.

Purchase Order Hyperlinks

The Accounts Payable Invoices screen now includes a hyperlink to any linked Purchase Orders within the 'PO Number(s)' field. These hyperlinks allow users to easily switch between the invoice and the purchase order with a single click.

Staff Orbit - Staff Custom Rolls (Emergencies) ^

The Staff Orbit API has been updated to support the new Staff Custom Rolls (Emergencies) feature in the Staff Orbit app.

A new 'Create Staff Member Custom Roll' checkbox has been added to Staff Kiosk Rollcall > Emergency Types (Setup) on the Add/Edit Emergency Type screen.  When this checkbox is enabled, app users with the 'Create/End Emergencies' Portal Security Permission enabled can generate Staff Member Custom Rolls in the Staff Orbit app when an emergency is initiated. Other users with this permission point are then designated as the Custom Roll administrators based on the selected campus.

App users with the 'Create/End Emergencies' Portal Security Permission can mark the custom roll for all staff members. App users without this permission can only mark themselves present via the app's 'Self Check In' option.

Correct NESA Format for Subjects Data Upload ^

The NESA Grid (NSW) program has been updated to export Subject Data in the required format for NESA Subject Data uploads. When the 'Export Subjects Data' button is selected on the NSW NESA Grid Entry screen, the report is now exported as a CSV file that includes all the necessary fields in the correct format.
