This reduces the need for additional searches as all notes will be viewable from the Student Profile based on appropriate permissions. |
Parent Payment History Report | A new 'Parent Payment History Report' is available in TASS.web Finance > Parent Accounts > Listings & Reports. This new report contains a month-by-month annual breakdown of a debtor's payment history and is designed to easily track and analyse payment history for improved parent engagement and financial transparency. |
Parent Orbit Ghost Logon | Parent Orbit administrators can now see the same app view as a parent can via the new 'Parent Orbit Ghost Logon' feature. This new feature gives app administrators the ability to provide support to parents who are using the app. The 'Parent Orbit Ghost Logon' feature is accessed via TASS.web Student Admin > Parent Records > Parent Information > Parents > 'General' tab. Each time a ghost login is requested a new QR code will be generated, allowing the administrator to ghost in as the parent record that has loaded in TASS.web. The QR code can be scanned from the Parent Orbit app when logged in as an Administrator. For security purposes, each QR code will expire after 30secs. |
Student Medical Audit System - Student Illness | TASS.web users can now audit changes made to Student Medical Illness records, identify who made the changes and when they were made via the Change Logs Grid. This new feature ensures that the origin of changes made to Student Medical Illness data are always able to be determined. Each time a Student Illness is added, edited and/or deleted via Student Medical or Illness Self Registration, each change can be tracked via TASS.web System Admin > Utilities > Change Logs Grid. |
