PAC - Parent Payment History Report
Overview
The Parent Payment History Report report contains a month-by-month annual breakdown of a debtor's payment history over a 12-month period and is designed to easily track and analyse payment history for improved parent engagement and financial transparency.
E.g. A Parent owes the school $12,000, in January they made two payments → $600, $400 the total receipts for this month equal $1,000. The total amount shown for the January column in the month-by-month breakdown of the report would be $1,000.
General Tab and Parent UD Tabs
Use any combination of fields on the 'General' and 'Parent UD' tabs to filter the data to be produced in the report.
Payment Cut-off Date | The final payment receipt date and the last month to be included in the report. Any receipts after this date will be excluded. E.g. Payment Cut-off Date = 30 June 2023, then the report will be for 1 July 2022 to 30 Jun 2023. This field is mandatory, and the current date is the default. |
Balances greater than ... | Only accounts with balances greater than $0.00 or the value entered in this field will be included in the report. |
Selected fields in the 'General' and 'Parent UD' tabs allow multiple selections. Use 'shift' or 'ctrl' on your keyboard to select multiple search criteria.
Print Tab
Sort By
Sort the order in which records are displayed by nominating your preference for 'Parent Code', 'Surname' or 'Parent Type'.
Formatting Options
Choose the 'destination' of the report. This can be to Adobe® PDF viewer, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Word® or a screen with hyperlinks.
The 'Screen with Hyperlinks' format is best if you need to 'drill-down' to further information.
Show Table Borders and Alternative Row Colours | The 'Table Borders' and 'Alternate Row Colours' options can enhance the readability of the report but are not available if the listing destination is Excel®. |
Include Accounts with a Zero Balance | Tick to include to accounts with a $0 balance. Leave unticked to exclude accounts with a $0 balance. |
Include Receipted Discount Amounts | Tick to include discounted amounts. Leave unticked to exclude discounted amounts. |
Select your preferred page orientation; 'Portrait' or 'Landscape' via the drop-down menu.
Click 'GO' to generate your report.
