TT - Days Tab (SU)
Timetable Days Tab Overview
This is where the Day descriptors for each of your school's timetabled days are set up.
Adding Days
To add a new day, click on the 'Add NEW Day' button to display the 'Timetable Day' screen.
When satisfied with your entry, click on the 'Save' button to commit your changes to the TASS.web database.
Viewing and Editing Days
To 'View' or 'Edit' a Day, click on the associated link. The 'Timetable Day' screen is then populated with detail of your chosen selection.
When satisfied with your entry, click on the 'Save' button to commit your changes to the TASS.web database.

Timetable | This field offers the user the opportunity to refer to the timetable by the unique (auto-numbered) code, or the timetable description previously defined in Student Admin > Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup on the 'Timetable Definitions' tab. |
*Day Code | The numeric code for this timetabled day. This can be 1 to the maximum defined in Student Admin > Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup on the 'Timetable' tab. |
*Description | Unique description for this timetabled day. |
*Prd. Num | This is the total number of periods for the nominated day. The periods are set up in Student Admin > Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup on the 'Periods' tab. This can be 1 to the maximum defined in Student Admin > Timetable > Setup Information > Timetable Setup on the 'Timetable' tab. |
Cloning Timetable Days
To clone the detail attached to a predefined day (including detail attached to the periods), click on the 'CLONE' button to display the 'Clone Timetable Days and Periods' screen.
Enter the required source timetable code in the 'CLONE FROM' section and the required destination timetable code in the 'CLONE TO' section.
This function facilitates copying an entire set of predefined days and periods from one timetable to another.
When satisfied with your entry, click on the 'Save' button to commit your changes to the TASS.web database.
