Online Timesheets Video

This video explains how online timesheets are managed in TASS, showing how schools can replace paper‑based timesheets with a streamlined digital workflow that supports entry, approval and payroll processing. It covers the setup required by payroll administrators, including defining position roles, approval layers, special payment rules and payroll cut‑offs, before demonstrating how employees enter and submit timesheets through Staff Kiosk Payroll HR > Timesheets. The video also shows how approvers review and amend submissions, how audit trails and automated email notifications support the process, and how approved timesheets are imported directly into payroll pay runs, improving accuracy, efficiency and data integrity.
