MER - Immunisation Status Tab (SU)
This tab will be used to display and maintain the Australian Immunisation Register status for students. Parents are able to view and update the Immunisation Status information that the school has on record for their child using Parent Lounge top menu Student Details > Medical Details.
Updates that parents have submitted through Parent Lounge are processed into TASS.web using program Student Admin > Medical Records > Student Information > Updates from Parent Lounge.
To set up a new immunisation status, use the 'New Immunisation Status' button to display the 'Immunisation Status' pop-up screen.
Fields that require detailed information | |

Code | A mandatory field that requires a unique, 3 character, alphanumeric code as the identifier for each type of immunisation status. |
Active | Untick this box if this 'Immunisation Status' is redundant and not to be used anymore. |
Description | Enter a description of up to 100 characters to describe the nominated immunisation status. |
The 'View', 'Edit' and 'Delete' buttons allow you to action existing immunisation status' individually.
TASS.web will not let you delete an immunisation status that is currently in use in a Student Medical Record or has an 'Unprocessed' update from Parent Lounge.
