EHR - Person Tab
Overview
The ‘Person’ tab on the Employee Record displays the ‘Entity Types' that have been set up for the selected Employee in the TASS database. For example: Current Employee, Current Teacher, Donor, Current Parent.
This tab can be accessed by navigating to TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee HR > Employee Information > Employees.
User Security Permissions
Access to this tab requires the ‘Employees’ security point in the ‘Employee/HR’ section of TASS.web System Admin > Users > User Maintenance or TASS.web System Admin > Users > Security Role Permissions.
About the Person Tab
The information is displayed in a read-only format. Click on the ‘Entity Type’ hyperlink to be redirected to the program area where the ‘Entity Type’ originated from.
‘Person Details’ and ‘Entity Types’ can be maintained in the program area where the ‘Entity Type’ originated from, and TASS.web Community program.
