EHR - Payments Tab
Overview
The ‘Payments’ tab on the HR Employee Record provides methods for analysing this employee's pay history.
This tab can be accessed by navigating to TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Employee Information > Employees.
Analysing Payment History
There are two methods available for analysing this employee's pay history.
Method 1: The first method allows you to start at the employee's 'Payments' summary screen and progressively drill down (by clicking the 'View' link in the 'Action' column) to the following levels of information:
Components ('Before Tax', 'Tax', 'After Tax' and 'Net Pay').
Transaction list (by pay run).
The source transaction details.
The source transaction 'History' details.
The source transaction 'Leave Application' and Log (where applicable).
The ‘Transaction List’ level has a ‘Print’ button.
Method 2: The second method is to use the 'Transaction Search' button on the employee's 'Payment' summary screen. This allows you to search on all or a range of transactions by date range, paycode, envelope type and source.
The results of your search are then returned to a 'Transaction List' with a drill-down to a 'Transaction Details' screen.
The ‘Transaction List’ level has a ‘Print’ button.
When a payment is linked to an Online Timesheet from Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > Timesheets, A ‘Timesheet' link appears in the Action column of the 'Payment Transactions List’ screen. When the 'Timesheet' link is clicked, you can view the Online Timesheet associated with the payment in a read-only format. The view is similar to what Employees see when they access their Timesheets in the Staff Kiosk Payroll/HR > My Payroll/HR > Timesheets after the final approval stage.
