EHR - Licence Tab (SU)
Overview
The ‘Licence’ tab will be used by the TASS Professional Services or TASS Licensing team to install a license for this module.
It can be accessed by navigating to TASS.web Payroll HRM > Employee/HR > Setup Information > Employee/HR Setup.
It is a useful tool for checking the number of licences the school has against the number of current employees in the database.
Important!
There is no need to maintain information on this tab as the number of licensed employees is verified against the payroll license held by your school, and changes will not be accepted if the two vary.
User Security Permissions
Access to this tab is controlled by the ‘Employee/HR Setup’ security point in TASS.web System Admin > Users > User Maintenance or TASS.web System Admin > Users > Security Role Permissions. Contact your school’s TASS System Administrator for access.
