Can I change the Activity Type linked to the Sports Fixtures & Results portal?

Once an Activity Type is linked to the Sports Fixtures & Results portal in Parameters (Setup) it cannot be changed, but you can do the following:

• Edit the 'Activity Type Description' using the ‘Activity Types’ tab in TASS.web program Student Admin > Extra Curricular > Setup Information > Extra Curricular Setup.

or

• Modify the Activities associated with the Activity Type in TASS.web program Student Admin > Extra Curricular > Setup Information > Extra Curricular Setup > ‘Activities’ tab.

or

• Prevent the Activities from displaying in the portal using TASS.web program Student Admin > Extra Curricular > Setup Information > Extra Curricular Setup > ‘Activities’ tab > ‘Portal Details’ > untick the ‘Display in Portal’ checkbox.

For Activities to appear in the Sports Fixtures & Results portal:

1. Go to TASS.web program Student Admin > Extra Curricular > Setup Information > Extra Curricular Setup > ‘Activities’ tab.

2. Click ‘Portal Details’.

3. Tick ‘Display in Portal’.

4. Click 'Update'.
